NationwideMcDonalds came to us for help with a need for a speedy onsite solution, supported by offsite build for a steel roofing project to update their stores.
Opting for a mansard steel roof design, we needed to build the finished product at our factory and then transport them to site, fully clad, so that they could be installed quickly and with the minimum of disruption to their services.
We needed to be able to do this without the steel deflecting, so we designed and built purpose-made lifting frames for the top and bottom of the mansard. At 10m long and 2.5m high, our forward thinking meant that a fully clad mansard roof could be lifted in a single operation and fitted in minutes…leaving us with very happy clients!
